Job Summary

Agrolt Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized, proactive, and communication-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer coordination, sales support, exhibition and event management, travel arrangements, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
Provide sales coordination and administrative support to the sales team.
Plan and coordinate exhibitions, events, and related activities.
Manage exhibition stall planning, setup, and execution.
Coordinate flight, train, hotel, and other travel bookings for business requirements.
Handle regular follow-ups with customers, vendors,



and internal departments.
Coordinate effectively with different teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
Maintain records, documents, and reports related to sales and events.
Support the sales team in day-to-day coordination and communication activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of the English language.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Valuable organizational and time-management abilities.
Customer relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, is preferred.
Experience in exhibition or event coordination will be an added advantage.
