Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Indian IT market across Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions to identify the right talent.
Source candidates through multiple channels including Job Portals, LinkedIn, X-Ray Search, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
Screen, validate, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Submit high-quality, well-qualified profiles within defined turnaround timelines.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Coordinate with clients as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for requirement gathering, status updates,



and recruitment delivery.
Conduct headhunting for niche and hard-to-find technical skill sets.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and hiring practices in the Indian IT recruitment market.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in IT Recruitment for the Indian market (Permanent and/or Contract Staffing).
Robust understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, job portals, and alternate sourcing channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
