Junior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to assist with quantity estimation, costing, billing, BOQ preparation, and project documentation from the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs.
Assist in cost estimation and rate analysis for civil works.
Prepare and check work bills, material statements, and quantity calculations.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare quotations, comparative statements, and cost reports.
Maintain project records, measurements, and billing documents.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers for quantity and billing requirements.
Track material quantities, project costs, and variations.
Assist senior Quantity Surveyors with tendering, budgeting, and cost control activities.
Prepare regular quantity and cost reports using MS Excel and relevant software.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Experience: 0–3 years.

Work Location: Office-based, with occasional site visits if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
