Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat for audio visual equipment and software-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
Document customer interactions using CRM software for tracking purposes.
Resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of audio visual systems.

Job Requirements :
Solid knowledge of audio visual technology, including microphones, speakers, and cameras.
Proficiency in troubleshooting common issues with video conferencing tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.
Experience working in an IT services & consulting setting is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication skills are required for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM software and its applications in managing customer interactions.
