About the Role

We are looking for a agile and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our ERP sales for the Real Estate industry across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving pan-India revenue growth, building and managing high-performing sales teams, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening market presence.

This is a leadership role that requires a robust background in ERP / enterprise software / product sales, preferably within the real estate or construction technology domain.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales target
Develop and execute a pan-India sales strategy to drive revenue growth for the company's ERP solutions targeted at real estate developers and builders.

Own and deliver Monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Identify and penetrate new markets across India.

Build robust relationships with real estate builders, developer groups, and industry stakeholders.

Team Building & Leadership
Set up and scale the national sales team,



including regional managers and account executives.
Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams across key cities in India.
Establish sales processes, performance metrics, and reporting systems.

Channel & Partnership Development

Build and manage a channel partner ecosystem including:
ERP implementation partners
Technology partners
Real estate consultants
Industry associations
Develop strategic partnerships to generate enterprise leads and expand market reach.

Lead Generation & Brand Visibility

Work closely with the marketing team to enhance digital presence, brand visibility, and lead generation.
Drive strategic marketing initiatives including:
Industry events
Digital campaigns
Webinars
Partnerships with real estate platforms

Customer Engagement & Solution Selling

Lead enterprise sales cycles, including client presentations, solution positioning, and negotiations.
