Lead Auditor – Quality & Ambulance Operations

Conduct regular physical and operational audits of ambulance services to ensure compliance with organizational and healthcare standards.

Inspect ambulance fleet, medical equipment, safety systems, documentation, cleanliness, and overall vehicle readiness.

Identify operational, fleet, staff, and compliance-related gaps during field audits and prepare detailed audit reports.

Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up with concerned teams for timely closure of observations.

Verify EMT and Pilot availability, attendance, training, uniform, and adherence to operational protocols.

Monitor ambulance readiness, response performance, equipment availability, and emergency service standards.

Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, HR,



and other departments to resolve audit observations and improve service quality.

Escalate critical safety, compliance, and operational issues to management for immediate action.

Conduct follow-up inspections to verify that identified deficiencies have been properly rectified.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, patient safety, fleet efficiency, and operational performance.
