We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Housekeeping Coordinator to manage the daily upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance coordination, and smooth functioning of a private farmhouse estate in Vasant Kunj. The ideal candidate should have experience supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating vendors, maintaining household supplies, and ensuring that the estate remains clean, well-maintained, secure, and guest-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily cleaning, upkeep, and overall presentation of the farmhouse, rooms, kitchen, outdoor areas, lawns, pathways, and common spaces.
Supervise housekeeping and support staff, allocate duties, monitor attendance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare and follow daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping schedules.
Inspect the property regularly to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and presentation.
Coordinate with gardeners, security personnel, drivers, technicians, pest-control agencies, laundry services, and other vendors.
Monitor the condition of furniture, fixtures,



appliances, linen, crockery, upholstery, electrical items, plumbing, and other estate assets.
Report repair and maintenance requirements promptly and follow up until closure.
Maintain inventory records for cleaning materials, toiletries, linen, groceries, consumables, and other household supplies.
Raise purchase requirements, compare vendor quotations where required, and ensure timely availability of essential items.
Ensure proper storage and protected usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Assist in arranging the farmhouse for family visits, parties, events, and guests.
Ensure guest rooms and other areas are prepared according to expected occupancy and requirements.
Maintain records of housekeeping activities, stock consumption, maintenance issues, vendor visits, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with basic safety, hygiene, and security procedures within the estate.
