About the Role

We are looking for a confident, ambitious, and communication-oriented Real Estate Sales Intern to support our Sales & Business Development team.

The intern will get hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, real estate sales, site visits, presentations, and business development, while working with a premium luxury design and real estate-focused clientele.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in identifying and generating recent business leads.
Research potential clients, developers, real estate projects, and market opportunities.




Make initial calls and communicate with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and assist in qualifying leads.
Coordinate and follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and site visits.
Accompany senior team members for client meetings and site visits when required.
Assist in preparing company presentations, proposals, quotations, and client information.
Maintain and regularly update the company's lead and client database/CRM.
Follow up with existing leads and maintain proper records of communication.
Assist in developing relationships with real estate developers, property consultants, brokers, architects, and high-net-worth clients.
Research competitors, market trends, upcoming luxury residential projects, and potential business opportunities.
Support the team in converting qualified leads into business.
