Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area, handle visitors and calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and reception area professionally.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, candidates, and employees.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records, meeting schedules, and reception-related documentation.
Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with visitor arrangements.
Receive and distribute courier, parcels, and other official communications.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Support administrative activities such as stationery, office supplies,



and general office coordination.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support staff.
Assist HR and Admin teams with employee-related administrative activities.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Handle day-to-day queries and provide appropriate assistance to employees and visitors.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Maintain attendance/visitor registers and other administrative records.
Support company events, meetings, and other administrative requirements.
Perform other duties assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.
