Position: Computer Operator & Executive

Computer Operator & Executive

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Record Management
Enter and update daily company data accurately.
Maintain employee, attendance, salary, production, sales, purchase, and other records.
Ensure all computer records are properly updated and organized.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
MS Excel & Reporting
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and daily reports.
Update attendance, salary, expenses, stock, production, sales, and other operational data.
Use Excel formulas for calculations and prepare summaries when required.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Documentation
Prepare letters, notices, forms, statements, and other office documents.
Maintain digital and physical records.
Scan, print, photocopy, and file documents as required.
Daily Office Coordination
Coordinate with different departments for collection and verification of data.
Follow up for pending reports and required information.




Assist HR/Admin in routine office activities.
Support management with required data and reports.
Data Accuracy & Verification
Check data before entering or submitting reports.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
Ensure reports are submitted within the required timelines.
Computer & Office Systems
Handle computers, printers, scanners, email, Google Sheets/Forms, and other office software.
Maintain proper digital folders and file systems.
Report technical issues to the concerned person/IT support.
Management Support
Prepare information and reports requested by management.
Maintain confidentiality of salaries, employee information, business data, and company records.
Perform other computer and administrative duties assigned by management.
