A.N. JAIN is a bespoke fine jewelry brand using lab-grown diamonds and gold, based in New Delhi. We run active lead generation campaigns across Meta and get consistent inbound enquiries daily — and we need someone whose sole job is to make sure none of them go cold.

The Role

Leads are coming in. Your job is to call them, build rapport, understand what they're looking for, send them relevant designs, follow up until they're ready — and book them into an appointment with the founder.

That's it. One goal: qualified appointment booked.

What You'll Do
Call every recent inbound lead within minutes of them filling the form
Understand their jewelry requirement — occasion, budget, style preference
Send relevant design references and catalogue options over WhatsApp
Follow up consistently until they commit to an appointment
Book confirmed appointments into the founder's calendar




Log every interaction in the CRM — no lead goes untracked

What We're Looking For
1–2 years in a tele-sales, lead conversion, or client servicing role
Confident and warm on the phone — you can build trust quickly
Persistent without being pushy — you know when to follow up and how
Good Hindi and English — most leads are Delhi NCR based
Jewelry or luxury background a plus — but not essential
Demonstrated ability in lead management and conversion, including tracking, follow-up, and closing sales.
Solid customer service and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with transparent spoken and written abilities.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other sales support software to manage customer data.
Interest in or prior exposure to jewelry, fashion, or consumer retail sectors is beneficial.
