We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior WordPress Developer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be converting high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress websites using Elementor. The ideal candidate has a solid eye for design layout and is comfortable using custom CSS to bridge any gaps that standard page builders cannot handle.

Key Responsibilities
Convert Figma files into fully functional, responsive WordPress pages.
Build and customize layouts using the Elementor Pro page builder.
Write clean, semantic CSS for advanced styling, animations, and responsive adjustments.
Optimize site performance to ensure quick loading times and cross-browser compatibility.
Maintain mobile-first standards across all tablet and mobile screen sizes.
Troubleshoot layout bugs and formatting issues independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:



Minimum 1 year of qualified experience in WordPress web development.
Design Tools: Proficiency in navigating Figma to export assets, inspect spacing, and extract typography/colors.
Page Builders: Deep, hands-on understanding of Elementor (containers, widgets, templates).
Core Web Languages: Strong foundational knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Media Queries).
Detail-Oriented: A strict eye for matching spacing, typography, and alignments from the design layout.
Basic WP Admin: Familiarity with configuring WordPress plugins, menus, and theme settings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
