* Establish and nurture robust relationships with decision-makers in hospitals, PSUs, and government organizations.

* Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for Modular OT projects.
Proposal Development & Bidding

* Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals.

* Ensure all proposals and bids comply with government procurement norms and regulations.
Contract Negotiatio

* Lead high-level contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.





* Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards throughout the process.
Networking & Partnerships

* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance visibility.

* Build strategic alliances to strengthen market presence and explore joint opportunities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

* Track business development performance, pipeline, and sales conversion ratios.

* Present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Leadership & Team Management

* Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

* Motivate team members to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Business Development & Sales
