QUALIFICATION:
MBA in Supply Chain Management / MBA in Material & Logistic Management
Graduate in Pharmacy will be an added advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement the hospital’send-to-end Supply Chain strategy, covering demand planning, procurement, stores, inventory, logistics and internal distribution.
Ensureuninterrupted availability of critical medical, surgical, clinical and non-clinical materials required for patient care and hospital operations.
Leadstrategic procurement and sourcing, including vendor identification, negotiations, rate contracts, product standardisation and cost-effective alternate sourcing without compromising quality.
Develop and monitorinventory norms, minimum/maximum levels, reorder levels and safety stock for critical and high-value materials.
Ensure effectivestores management including material receipt, inspection, storage, issue, returns, traceability and stock reconciliation.
Monitor inventory forstock-outs, excess, slow-moving,
non-moving and near-expiry/expired items and drive corrective action to minimise wastage and working capital blockage.
Establish and manage a robustVendor Management System, including empanelment, performance evaluation, quality, delivery adherence, commercial terms and alternate vendor development.
Work closely withMedical, Nursing, OT, ICU, Emergency, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering and other departments to understand requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
Plan and monitor supply requirements forOT schedules, specialised procedures, high-value consumables and other critical clinical requirements to prevent material-related delays.
Drivecost optimisation and procurement savings through standardisation, volume consolidation, negotiations, vendor rationalisation and consumption optimisation.
Develop and monitorSupply Chain MIS and dashboards covering
