Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through various online and offline channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial and residential real estate investment prospects.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.




Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transactions.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM system.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions and promotional events.
Support, mentor, and guide junior team members (for senior-level roles).
Drive revenue growth and contribute to overall business objectives.
