We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales, generate new leads, build solid customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, meetings, referrals, digital channels, and field visits.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain products/services clearly and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert them into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations when required.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the marketing, customer support, and operations teams.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer needs.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic sales-related concerns.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, events, and campaigns.
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager/Business Head.

Required Skills:

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Valuable customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales, if required.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
