We are looking for a detail-oriented
Payroll Executive
to manage end-to-end payroll operations for employees in India.

The role will be responsible for payroll processing, salary calculations, statutory compliance, employee payroll queries, reconciliations,



and timely filing of applicable statutory returns. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Indian payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
Validate attendance, leave, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
Calculate salaries, arrears, variable pay, overtime, incentives, and final settlements.
Ensure accurate processing of employee additions, exits, salary revisions, and payroll changes.
Manage statutory deductions and compliance including:
Provident Fund (PF)
Employees' State Insurance (ESI)
Qualified Tax (PT)
Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), wherever applicable
TDS on salaries
Prepare and submit statutory payroll filings within prescribed timelines.
Coordinate PF, ESI, PT and other statutory payments and challans.
Support Form 16 preparation and employee tax declarations.
