We're looking for a highly experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead our international and domestic talent acquisition operations across multiple global markets. This is a leadership position for a results-driven skilled ready to make a measurable impact at a truly international scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Define, lead, and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across GCC, UK, Norway, Australia, Canada, USA, Malaysia & Europe.
Take full ownership of recruitment operations across Healthcare, Engineering, IT, Oil & Gas sectors.
Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters, ensuring consistent delivery against KPIs, and quality benchmarks
Cultivate and sustain senior-level client relationships,



acting as a trusted talent partner to decision-makers and hiring managers
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
Drive advanced sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and talent pipeline development
Implement and optimise Zoho systems to improve team productivity and data accuracy
Deliver regular reporting on recruitment metrics, pipeline health, revenue contribution, and team performance to senior leadership
Ensure full compliance with immigration laws, visa regulations, and employment legislation across all international markets
Lead training, mentoring, and performance development initiatives for junior and mid-level recruitment professionals
Contribute to business development by identifying recent client opportunities and expanding existing accounts
