Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to support our business development initiatives in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in US Staffing, Recruitment, or Workforce Solutions and a proven track record of identifying and generating qualified leads.

The role requires strong research capabilities, prospect identification, data mining, and lead qualification skills to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads from the US market through various channels.
Research target companies, decision-makers, hiring managers, and procurement contacts.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct market research and account mapping to identify new business opportunities.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, job boards, and other platforms for lead generation.
Qualify leads based on business requirements and potential opportunities.
Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.




Collaborate with internal teams to understand target market requirements.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
4 to 8 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or US Staffing.

• Preferred preference for candidates from the Staffing/Recruitment Industry.
Good understanding of the US staffing and workforce solutions market.
Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, research, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience in US Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, IT Staffing, or Workforce Solutions organizations is highly preferred.
