We’re Hiring | Finance & Accounts Manager

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day finance, accounting, payroll, statutory compliance, vendor payments, and financial documentation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable managing finance operations independently and coordinating with the internal team, vendors, freelancers, CA, and founders.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Manage monthly payroll for in-house employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursement.
Handle TDS calculations, challans, and payments.
Prepare and manage PF & ESI contributions and payments.
Ensure statutory compliances are completed accurately and within timelines.

Accounts & GST
Verify GST input credit eligibility on vendor and purchase invoices.
Maintain and update Tally with day-to-day accounting entries.
Compile GST return data and coordinate with the CA for timely filing.




Manage e-invoicing as applicable.
Prepare and maintain payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
Track outstanding client receivables and follow up for timely collections.

Vendor & Freelancer Management
Process payments to freelancers and vendors as per agreed schedules.
Maintain real-time payment records and documentation.
Manage freelancer/vendor invoices and supporting documents.
Prepare and manage freelancer agreements through Zoho.
Raise invoices as required.

Finance Documentation & Administration
Maintain organised physical and digital financial records.
Maintain documentation required for audits and compliance.
Prepare relieving and full-and-final documentation for exiting employees.
Support client onboarding by completing required financial/documentation formalities.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with internal teams regarding agreements, invoices, payments, and compliance-
