We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive – Campus Hiring to manage and execute campus recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience coordinating with colleges, Placement Heads, TPOs, and students and should be comfortable handling high-volume recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across colleges and universities.
Identify and connect with colleges, universities, Placement Heads, and TPOs.
Build and maintain robust relationships with college placement departments.
Coordinate with colleges for recruitment drives, student registrations, presentations, and interviews.
Share company profiles, recruitment presentations, JDs, eligibility criteria, and other hiring information with colleges.
Manage student communication and candidate registration throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate aptitude/technical assessments, interviews, shortlisting, and selection processes.
Maintain accurate databases of colleges, placement contacts, candidates, and recruitment activities.




Track hiring targets, candidate participation, interview status, and final selections.
Conduct follow-ups with colleges and candidates to ensure smooth execution of the recruitment process.
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide updates to management.
Handle queries from Placement Heads, TPOs, students, and candidates professionally.
Support the HR team in achieving high-volume campus hiring targets.

Required Experience
1–3 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / Campus Recruitment.
Previous hands-on experience in campus hiring is strongly preferred.
Experience dealing with colleges, universities, TPOs, and Placement Heads.
Experience in bulk or volume recruitment will be an advantage.

Required Skills
