About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects within the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have solid project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a valuable understanding of data privacy and regulatory requirements, particularly DPDP Act and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall project governance.
Coordinate with business, technology, compliance, security, and other cross-functional teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.




Identify project risks and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide management with status reports and key updates.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and governance standards.
Manage client and senior stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate project progress.
Ensure project deliverables align with applicable data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Technology teams on privacy-related initiatives.

Data Privacy & Regulatory Knowledge
Strong understanding of Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and GDPR.
Understanding of data privacy principles, regulatory compliance, and data protection requirements.
Exposure to privacy-related projects such as Data Mapping, ROPA, DPIA, consent management, data classification, and privacy complian
