We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced R&D; qualified in Chemistry to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical chemistry and experience in the development of current products.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement new chemical synthesis methods to improve product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop recent products.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize chemical reactions.
Design and develop new analytical methods to ensure product purity and potency.
Troubleshoot issues related to chemical synthesis and purification.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and procedures.

Job Requirements
Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D; chemistry.
Possess strong knowledge of chemical principles, including organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry.
Experience with chemical synthesis, purification, and characterization techniques is required.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
