The role involves monitoring quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and minimizing defects to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Role

Preferred Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Operations Management.
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, HACCP, ISO 22000, TPM, or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
15–20 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
Minimum 8–10 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple functions.
Experience in leading Production, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, Stores, and Field Distribution Operations.
Proven experience managing a facility producing 1,00,000+ meals/units per day.
Experience managing a workforce of 100+ employees.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
