Cleaning and Sanitation
Wash and dry all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, counters, cutting boards, and equipment.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly throughout the shift.
Empty trash cans, replace liners, and dispose of kitchen waste properly. [1, 2]

Stocking and Organization
Unload food deliveries from trucks and stock shelves or refrigerators.
Store food items correctly following food safety and hygiene standards.
Refill condiment bottles, shakers, and station supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies run low
