Everly White Studios is a luxury design studio creating mystical art, soulful lifestyle objects and New Earth collectibles.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing across social media, digital growth, SEO, Meta Ads, campaigns and offline sales.

We are looking for someone who thinks beyond:

“What should we post?”

and asks:

“Who are we trying to reach, what will make them care, and how do we turn that attention into a customer?”

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute monthly content calendars
Plan and create strategies for Reels, carousels, stories and campaigns
Develop solid hooks, content ideas and storytelling formats
Monitor trends and identify opportunities for organic reach
Improve non-follower reach, engagement, profile visits and website traffic
Track content performance and continuously optimise the strategy
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.




Manage campaign objectives including awareness, traffic, engagement, lead generation and conversions
Set up and monitor audiences, retargeting and campaign funnels
Analyse CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and other relevant performance metrics
Test creatives, audiences, copy and campaign structures
Optimise campaigns based on performance and business objectives
Working knowledge of SEO is mandatory.
Develop and execute basic-to-intermediate SEO strategies
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for organic discovery
Optimise website pages, product pages, titles, descriptions and content
Improve organic search visibility and website traffic
Understand basic on-page SEO, technical SEO and off-page SEO principles
Monitor rankings and organic traffic using relevant SEO tools
Identify prospects for collaborations, partnerships and creator marketing
Research competitors, trends and customer behaviour
Track market
