Role Overview The PMT acts as a bridge between Product and Engineering teams, requiring solid communication skills and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Review draft requirements from Product to ensure they are detailed enough for Engineering elaboration.
Perform data analysis to validate feasibility of requirements.
Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to capture all requirements during discovery and ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of payment flows (Authorization, Clearing, ISO8583, A2A Payments)
Robust data analysis skills
Strong SQL skills for analyzing data in Data Warehouse and Core DB settings
Strong understanding of REST API best practices
Experience using API tools and Copilot

Work Arrangement
8-hour workday with at least 4 hours overlapping with EST time zone




Participate in standups and collaborate directly with SMEs, Product, and Engineering teams
Involves calls, emails, and stakeholder relationship management
Remote / Pune
