Hardware Test Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Testing & Integration Engineer to drive the hardware verification, board bring-up, and device integration phases of our medical products.

The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in initial board bring-up, systematic product functional verification, and performance testing. Working in close collaboration with the Internal Hardware Lead and cross-functional teams, the engineer will play a critical role in ensuring our designs adhere to strict quality, performance, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Board Bring-Up & Verification: Understand complex hardware bring-up procedures, execute systematic initial power-on and bring-up testing, and document all outcomes and anomalies.
Functional & Performance Testing: Setup and execute comprehensive testing protocols at the circuit, module, and full-system product level, strictly adhering to internal testing procedures and requirements.
Component Kitting & NPI Coordination:



Manage the component kitting process and coordinate closely with external Manufacturing Services (EMS) vendors to ensure smooth and accurate PCB assembly (PCBA).
Device Integration & Electro-Mechanical Assembly: Support in the physical integration and electro-mechanical assembly of the device, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Firmware, and Systems).

Essential Qualifications & Experience
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in electronic hardware design validation and hands-on testing.

Technical Competencies Required
Design & Layout Interpretation: Able to read and understand the circuit schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts using Altium Designer or similar CAD tools.
Hardware Troubleshooting: Robust skills in electronic hardware testing, multi-rail power domain validation, and signal-level debugging.
