Role name: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Skilled

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and community-oriented CSR Qualified to assist our social impact team with on-ground primary research, field-based need assessments, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting

Location: Kumbalgodu, Bengaluru

Duration: 6 months (Can be extended depending on performance)

Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field surveys, baseline studies, and need-assessment interviews with local community members, government officials, and local leaders
Coordinate with local administration, local partners, and community stakeholders to facilitate project planning and implementation.




Synthesize field observations into structured reports, data summaries, and project updates for senior management
Assist in designing, executing, and evaluating ongoing CSR programs in alignment with corporate strategy and statutory guidelines

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
Master's degree (or in final year) in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy or a related field. Prior experience in project implementation or academic exposure to social impact, development projects is preferred
Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken, reading, and written) is mandatory for field interactions
Excellent community mobilization and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel extensively to rural and semi-urban project locations
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with practical working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of corporate social responsibility fram
