About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & Recruitment skilled with 4–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment along with day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, documentation, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with the respective departments.
Manage offer negotiation and candidate closure.




Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

HR Operations
Manage the complete employee lifecycle including joining, onboarding, transfers, confirmation, promotions, and exits.
Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly payroll inputs, attendance, deductions, and employee changes.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards as required.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, salary, and other HR matters.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Conduct exit formalities and maintain exit documentation.
