Educational Qualifications
A Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
Additional certifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping freight forwarding, International Business, or a related field.
Industrial Experience
Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience in SCM, Logistics Management, Shipping Management, Air-Cargo Management, Port Operations Management, Retail Management, Warehouse Management Sectors.
Valuable knowledge of documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, shipping lines, and freight management.
Teaching Skills
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to prepare course material, case studies, and interactive sessions.
Language Proficiency
Fluency in Hindi and Marathi (mandatory).
Positive command of English is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage students and simplify complex concepts.
