Position Title: Project Head- Coal Mine

Location : Odisha / Madhya Pradesh

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech (Mining Engineering)

Experience - Min 18+ years in open cast coal mines. Green field project exposure is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Mine Planning & Operations:
Develop and implement strategic mine plans to optimize resource extraction and operational efficiency.
Oversee the preparation and execution of mining operations, ensuring adherence to safety, productivity, and environmental standards.
Ensure timely initiation and sustained operations of the coal mine.
Regulatory Compliance:
Lead the process of obtaining necessary statutory approvals, including environmental and forest clearances, for mine development.
Ensure compliance with national and state mining regulations, including the Mines Act and other relevant legislation.
Liaise with government agencies to ensure adherence to legal and environmental requirements.
Land Acquisition:




Develop and execute strategies for land acquisition required for mining operations.
Engage with landowners, local communities, and authorities to facilitate smooth acquisition processes.
Address and resolve any land-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
Develop and implement CSR programs that perk local communities and promote sustainable development.
Ensure CSR initiatives align with company values and regulatory expectations.
Monitor and report on the impact of CSR activities, making adjustments as necessary.
Stakeholder Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, local administrations, and community leaders.
Manage land acquisition processes in consultation with legal and local authorities.
