Key Responsibilities:
Test raw materials, inprocess samples, and finished products as per approved procedures.
Perform routine lab tests accurately and record all parameters.
Ensure proper sample collection, labeling, and traceability.
Compare test results with specifications and report any deviations immediately.
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and proper documentation of all lab activities.

Raw Material Quality Checks:
Collect and test incoming raw material samples.
Verify batch/vehicle details and maintain test records.
Communicate quality issues before materials are released for production.

InProcess Quality Control:
Collect samples during production and monitor process parameters.
Coordinate with production teams to maintain product quality.
Report deviations quickly and support corrective actions.





Finished Product Testing:
Test finished activated carbon products as per defined specifications.
Confirm grade, quality, and compliance before dispatch.
Maintain final product test reports and support production/dispatch teams.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Rotational Shift
Manufacturing / Production Plant

• Laboratory workplace within an industrial facility

• 9-hour shift as per production requirements
PPE mandatory

• May require handling of chemicals and industrial samples

• Coordination with Production, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams

• Basic computer proficiency required
