About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Account Executive from the creative industry to join our team as a client-facing professional.

This is a priority hire, and we are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on experience managing clients within a creative agency, advertising agency, digital marketing agency, branding agency, content agency, media/creative services company, or a similar creative-services environment.

Candidates from non-creative industries will not be considered for this role.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients independently, understanding their business requirements, coordinating with internal creative/content teams, and identifying prospects to grow existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships.




Understand client objectives and translate them into transparent actionable plans for internal teams.
Coordinate with creative, content, design, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage client communication, expectations, feedback, and escalations.
Conduct and represent the company professionally in client meetings and presentations.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services to existing clients.
Contribute towards account growth and revenue expansion.
Take complete ownership of client accounts and ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction.
