Align KM initiatives with organizational objectives and business outcomes.

Knowledge Repository Management
Create and maintain knowledge bases, portals, wikis, and document repositories.




Ensure content is accurate, relevant, current, and easily searchable.
Define taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management processes.

Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration
Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
Facilitate communities of practice, learning forums, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Capture and disseminate lessons learned, case studies, success stories, and best practices.

Performance & Governance
Define and monitor KM KPIs and success metrics.
Conduct periodic audits and reviews of knowledge assets.
Track adoption, usage, and effectiveness of KM initiatives and recommend improvements.

Training & Change Management
Train employees on knowledge management tools, processes, and best practices.
Drive awareness campaigns and change management activities to improve KM adoption.
