Position Overview

Baseline IT Development Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer with 0–6 months of experience to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of UI/UX principles, a creative mindset, and the ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
Create clean, modern, and user-friendly UI designs for websites and applications.
Understand user requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
Work closely with developers and other team members to implement designs.
Maintain consistency in design, layouts, typography, colors, and overall user experience.
Conduct basic research and understand user behavior and requirements.
Make design improvements based on feedback and usability requirements.




Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and design practices.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, layouts, typography, and color theory.
Basic understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
Good creative and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 0–6 months.
Graduation in IT/Computer Science or a related IT field is mandatory.
Candidates with relevant academic projects, internships, or portfolios will be preferred.
Freshers with a good understanding of UI/UX are encouraged to apply.
