Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspection of machining processes including Grinding, Turning, Milling, Drilling, Reaming, and Heat Treatment to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
Apply advanced quality control tools such as Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, CMM, etc. for precision measurement and verification.
Perform PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) to proactively identify risks and recommend preventive measures.
Ensure strict compliance with ISO/TS standards and company quality management systems.
Investigate and analyze rejections, defects, and non-conformities, prepare detailed reports, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process capability and reducing defects.
