Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall Administration & Facility Management function of the plant.
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to ensure smooth operations.
Manage housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, accommodation, landscaping, and facility services.
Manage plant infrastructure, office facilities, maintenance coordination, and utilities.
Oversee employee transportation, buses, local conveyance, travel, and logistics arrangements.
Manage guest house, visitor management, hospitality, and VIP visits.
Ensure availability and control of stationery, office supplies, consumables, and administrative assets.
Monitor administrative budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Lead and guide the administration team and allocate responsibilities effectively.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Purchase, Maintenance, Security, Production,



and other departments.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, safety, security, and environmental requirements related to administration and facilities.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with 12- 15 years of experience in Iron & Steel / Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Robust exposure to Plant Administration and Facility Management.
Experience managing administration for 2,000+ employees/workforce.
Solid knowledge of vendor management, security, transport, canteen, housekeeping, and facility operations.
Candidates with experience in large-scale industrial/plant environments preferred.
Fluency in Telugu,English and Hindi is required.
Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
