Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented C&B; Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to Compensation & Advantages processes and support the team in various HR data, reporting, documentation, and analytical activities. Role & responsibilities
Job Role
Support the C&B; team in day-to-day compensation and perks activities.
Assist with HR data management, validation, and maintenance.
Support preparation and maintenance of MIS reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
Assist in analysing employee compensation data and identifying trends or discrepancies.
Support activities related to salary structures, compensation benchmarking, and employee advantages as required.
Assist with data reconciliation and validation across HR systems and reports.
Support the team during annual compensation cycles, employee data audits, and other C&B; projects
