Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics related to the client's business
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
Review and analyze legal agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage legal databases and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Assist with legal and regulatory filings and submissions
Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external counsel
Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed
Litigation support

Qualifications:
Law graduate
Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Knowledge of corporate and commercial law, including contract law, is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
Solid interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
