Role & responsibilities
Handle property and land legal due diligence.
Verify title deeds, EC, RTC, Khata and property documents.
Draft and review agreements, sale deeds, JDA, MOU and contracts.
Handle property registration and documentation.
Manage RERA compliance and related matters.
Handle legal notices, customer disputes and cancellations.
Coordinate with advocates, legal consultants and government authorities.
Manage litigation and court cases; appear before courts when required.
Review vendor, contractor and business agreements.
Identify and mitigate legal risks.
Ensure legal and statutory compliance.
Maintain legal files, records and documentation.
Provide legal advice to management.
Lead and guide Legal Executives/Assistants.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Bachelors degree in Law (LLB),positive Knowledge of property law and real-estate regulations.
Familiar with Karnataka real-estate and regulations.

Min 6 to 10 years of experience in handling real -estate and property law
