About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our Business Development team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across the US market. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career sales qualified who enjoys researching companies, connecting with senior decision-makers, and building sales opportunities through a combination of calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.

The ISR will play a critical role in creating qualified sales opportunities and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers using LinkedIn, company websites, and other market intelligence tools.
Build prospect lists by identifying Directors, Vice Presidents, CXOs, and other senior business and technology leaders.




Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and personalized email campaigns.
Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges, technology landscape, and transformation initiatives.
Schedule introductory meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development/Sales leadership team.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently identifying and nurturing current opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities within the CRM.
Work closely with marketing and business development teams on outreach campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.
Continuously refine messaging, outreach strategies, and prospecting techniques to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to improve prospect conversations.
