Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Trainee to join our Legal Team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day legal activities, documentation, legal research, record management, and coordination with internal departments while gaining practical exposure to corporate legal processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior team members in day-to-day legal activities.
Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents and agreements.
Conduct basic legal research and assist in understanding applicable laws and regulations.
Assist in drafting legal notices, letters, applications, and other documents.
Maintain proper records of legal cases, agreements, notices, and correspondence.
Support the team in documentation and follow-up of legal matters.
Coordinate with internal departments for required legal documents and information.
Assist in monitoring legal cases and maintaining case-related records.
Prepare and maintain legal reports and data as required.
Perform data entry and maintain legal information in Excel sheets.




Handle basic Excel work such as data entry, sorting, filtering, formatting, and basic formulas.
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of legal documents.
Perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the senior team.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of legal concepts and applicable laws.
Positive drafting and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Positive knowledge of MS Word and MS Office.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic legal research and analytical skills.

Eligibility
LLB / LLM graduates.
