Colliers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Residential Sales Specialist to join our elite residential sales team. This role focuses on marketing and selling high end residences, including luxury apartments, villas, and premium homes, to discerning clients.

We are open to considering professionals from luxury retail sales or high end luxury automobile companies or Hotel Sales, provided they demonstrate a solid inclination toward luxury residential real estate and possess a sound understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales approach, refined client handling skills, and the ability to deliver a personalized buying experience tailored to high net worth individuals (HNIs). This role requires robust relationship management capabilities, market awareness, and a passion for luxury living.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and build long term relationships with HNIs and prospective luxury home buyers
Conduct personalized property walkthroughs, highlighting premium features, craftsmanship,



and lifestyle perks
Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies for exclusive luxury listings
Negotiate and close high value residential transactions with professionalism and discretion
Maintain strong working relationships with developers, channel partners, brokers, and internal stakeholders
Track market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory developments within the luxury residential segment
Organize and host curated property viewings, invitation only events, and private client engagements
Represent the Colliers brand with the highest standards of integrity, service excellence, and client confidentiality

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury sales, premium real estate, or high value product sales
