Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify prospects for process improvements and optimize quality systems.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and progress.
Ensure all quality procedures are up-to-date and implemented effectively.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science or engineering.
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced workplace.
