Key Responsibilities:-

Front Desk Operations & Communication
Greeting Visitors: Welcome parents, visitors, contractors, and students warm-heartedly while managing visitor sign-in/sign-out procedures and security badges.
Call & Inquiry Management: Answer incoming phone calls, address questions, route calls to appropriate staff, and take explicit, accurate messages.
Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

Administrative & Student Support
Attendance Tracking: Monitor and record daily student attendance, tardiness, early dismissals, and parent sign-outs in the school management database.
Record Keeping: Maintain confidential student files, registration documents, and general administrative records in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA/state laws).
Office Supplies: Track inventory of front-office supplies and initiate reorders as necessary.
General Clerical Work: Draft routine correspondence, memos, and newsletters; assist teachers and administrators with photo copying or filing as needed.

Security & First Aid
Access Control: Monitor visitor entry points and ensure unauthorized individuals do not gain access to student areas.
First Aid / Medical Assistance: Administer basic first aid to injured or unwell students in the absence of a dedicated school nurse; contact parents regarding minor illnesses or emergency situations.
Emergency Support: Serve as a central communication node during emergency drills (fire, lockdown, weather alerts).

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate/Bachelor's degree or administrative certificate preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or receptionist roles (prior experience in an educational setting is a plus).

Technical & Personal Skills
Software Proficiency: Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and up-to-date
