We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Biologics Production Specialist to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in biologics production and be able to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the production process of biologics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure seamless production operations.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.




Collaborate with the quality control team to develop and implement quality management systems, including testing and validation protocols.
Provide technical support and training to production staff on new products, processes, and technologies.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline, such as biology, biochemistry, or microbiology.
Proven experience in biologics production, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive process improvements.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
