Plan and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Handle maintenance of production machines, electrical systems, DG, transformer, compressors, and other plant equipment.
Identify machine problems and ensure quick breakdown resolution.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
Monitor machine performance and reduce machine downtime.
Maintain proper maintenance records and machine-wise logbooks.
Conduct root cause analysis for repeated machine breakdowns.
Manage and guide electricians, technicians, and maintenance staff.
Coordinate with the Production and QC teams for maintenance requirements.
Ensure availability of required spare parts and maintenance materials.
Monitor maintenance costs and control unnecessary expenses.
Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety procedures.




Coordinate with external service providers and contractors when required.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of recent machinery.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in the maintenance area.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance.
Experience in manufacturing/production machinery maintenance.
Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and lead a maintenance team.
Basic knowledge of maintenance records and reporting.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
