Job Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of restaurant equipment.
Repair and troubleshoot kitchen equipment like Fryers, Griddles, Ovens, Refrigerators, Deep Freezers, RO Systems, and Exhaust Systems.
Handle electrical faults and ensure quick resolution of equipment breakdowns.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, servicing, and AMC activities.
Maintain equipment service records and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure all equipment is functioning properly to support smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements
3–5 years of maintenance experience.
Valuable knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
Robust electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience in preventive maintenance and vendor coordination.
Experience in QSR, Restaurant, Hotel, or Hospitality industry preferred.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
