Work Scheduling: Create daily or weekly work assignments to make sure repairs happen on time with minimal downtime.
Facility Inspections: Check buildings, machinery, and systems (like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing) regularly to find and fix issues early.
Preventive Maintenance: Build and manage regular maintenance plans to prevent unexpected equipment failures.
Safety Compliance: Ensure the team follows all health and safety laws and site regulations.
Budget and Inventory: Track repair parts, order tools, and help manage the maintenance budget.
Record Keeping: Log all completed repairs, inspections, and equipment updates for future planning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
